This flexibility allows tenants to pay anytime and from anywhere, reducing late fees and ensuring that property owners receive their funds promptly.

For Renters:
Renters enjoy a seamless and stress-free experience with Plus Property Management, thanks to our user-friendly services and responsive support.
○ Complete Applications
We will only consider complete applications. If pets are permitted, an additional security deposit will be required, along with a copy of the most recent vaccination records at the time of signing the rental agreement.
○ Identification
Applicants must submit two forms of identification, one of which must include a photo.
○ Prior Rental History
Applicants must provide verifiable rental history for the past two years from unbiased and unrelated sources. You’ll need to supply contact information for previous landlords. We reserve the right to deny an application if we cannot verify the rental history despite making a reasonable effort.
○ Sufficient Income/Resources
Applicants must demonstrate a gross household income that is at least three times the rent amount. Income and resources must be verifiable through pay stubs, ownership documents, current tax records, and/or bank statements. Applicants should also have a minimum of five years of verifiable employment.
○ Credit/Criminal/Public Records Check
Negative findings in credit or criminal background checks may lead to application denial. Applications may be denied for individuals who are currently abusing illegal substances, or who have been convicted of illegal manufacture or distribution of controlled substances, or any violent felony offenses.
