Years ago, a seasoned real estate investor gave us counsel about how to purchase property. He advised, “Maximize your real estate investment by purchasing property near your primary residence (so you can watch it) and manage it yourself.” When the time came for us to invest in property we used an entirely different standard to guide our purchases - it goes like this . . . “only purchase property that is in an area that Plus Property Management serves!” To the seasoned property investor this must seem to be a very narrow standard. For us, excellence and service were required to protect our investment. Plus Property provides both!
Recently, Plus Property Management opened an office in Bend, Oregon. Being acquainted with their reputation for excellence, we purchased two beautiful Bend investment properties. The Plus Property owner, Lawnae Hunter and her two wonderful associates – Mike and Cindy now manage our precious investments in a way that can only be described as Win/Win! They have found quality tenets who love them as we do. All parties feel well served. Most importantly, our investment is being managed and protected by a stellar team.
Though we are not presently residents of Bend, we hope to live there in the future. Until then we know that our property investment is well cared for with Lawnae, Mike and Cindy on our team. Daniele & I would like to thank the Bend, Oregon's Plus Property Management team. Cindy & Mike helped make our moving experience easy and enjoyable. Moving to Bend from the island of Hawaii in not an easy process. It was refreshing to deal with someone as pleasant as Cindy. She was willing to work with our tight time schedule, even though it was the weekend. Cindy understood exactly what we were looking for. A property preview on their website allowed us to conserve time by narrowing our search. On a Sunday, Cindy was able to show us the property we were interested in and get all of our paperwork going. Within three days of our first conversation with Plus Property Management we found what we were looking for. Things continued to go smoothly and we were able to move in shortly afterwards. We love our rental duplex, it has been all we could have wanted. All at an affordable price. We cannot say enough good things about Cindy. She made us feel welcome and comfortable.
